Q: How do I top up the pressure on my boiler?

A common fault code for Baxi boilers is E119 for low pressure error codes. See the video below to add pressure to your boiler.

Q: I have a leak how do I shut off my water?

Most houses have the water mains stopcock under the kitchen sink - turn this clockwise to shut off the incoming water feed.

Q: My boiler has stopped working - what do I do?

Call your Gas Safe engineer who services your boiler and provide the code for a diagnostic. Search engines can help identify the fault but please ensure all work is carried out by a Gas Safe engineer. Perry Plumbing cover the North Birmingham areas for routine boiler servicing and maintenance.

Your radiators need bleeding to remove the air from the system. Using a Philips screwdriver or special key you can bleed the air.

On the front of your boiler should be a dedicated reset button or thermostat control knob.

On combi boilers check that there is pressure in the system and that there are no error codes visible.
